Regional Director
Winnie brings extensive healthcare leadership experience spanning physical therapy, rehabilitation services, post-acute care, and skilled nursing operations. Beginning her career as a physical therapist, she developed a strong clinical foundation centered on helping patients restore mobility, independence, and quality of life before advancing into senior healthcare leadership roles.
Prior to joining ACE Behavioral Health, Winnie served in executive rehabilitation leadership, including as Vice President of Rehabilitation and Case Mix for Southern HealthCare Management. Her experience includes strengthening clinical programs, improving rehabilitation outcomes, supporting operational performance, and working collaboratively with facility leadership and interdisciplinary care teams.
As a Regional Director, Winnie brings a relationship-driven and clinically informed approach to supporting ACE’s facility partners. She focuses on building strong partnerships, understanding the needs of residents and care teams, and helping facilities expand access to high-quality, coordinated behavioral health services.
