As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, he has led healthcare facilities with a focus on operational excellence, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and creating environments where residents and care teams can thrive.
Throughout his career, Kelvin has worked to strengthen facility performance through team development, workforce stabilization, improved clinical and operational processes, and a strong commitment to resident-centered care. His experience working directly with nursing facilities gives him a practical understanding of the challenges providers face in delivering high-quality care while meeting evolving operational and regulatory demands.
